Passion fruit wine sounds lovely! We grew four passion fruit babies from seed this year in pots, so let's see how long it takes for them to give us fruit...
Most of the ideas here come from the website I mentioned so can't really claim them to be mine, but the idea of making yeast from locally picked raisins was just too good to not try out. Will let you know in May/June how it all tastes!
