Hey buddy. Just to let you know i am all good. Did 13 days in the end and have been off the computer box since then, enjoying a little break from it. Will put together a post in due course to describe the generally very positive experience i had with the cleanse. Hope all is great with you!
Glad to hear this and taking a break from the 'computer box' sounds like a healthy thing to me and not surprising after a cleanse. I wonder when I ever manage to do this for a prolonged amount of time.
