greens is a very popular vegetable in Bangladesh, especially in rural areas.
In the corner of the backyard,
This vegetable is easily found in the paddy field isle, growing carelessly on the edge of the bill,
You don't have to buy and eat.
These vegetables are eaten in different ways. However, greens leaf mash and curry are more popular.
This vegetable curry with hilsa, shrimp, or dried fish is very popular in Bangladesh.
greens is one of the most suitable varieties for food: Mukhigreens, Watergreens milkgreens, many more. Greens is eaten as a main curry, stem vegetable and leafy vegetable.
Greens stems and leaves are rich in nutrients. Cucumbers contain adequate amounts of protein, carbohydrates, sugars, various minerals and vitamins.
We eat two kinds of vegetables. That is, green greens and black greens,,,,, .
This vegetable can meet a lot of daily nutritional needs.

Ingredients for cooking spinach
Raw bean seeds ,,,,
Two tomatoes ,,,,,,
Ginger paste, garlic paste, onion paste
Cumin powder coriander powder ,,,,
Whole fenugreek ,,,,
Chili powder Turmeric powder ,,, amount as salt
Then I took some vegetables ,,,,
I cut the spinach and put it in a bucket and washed it well.
Then,
Put a small amount of water in a pot with spinach ,,,,,
Put it in the oven and cook it ,,,,,
When cooking, add ginger paste, garlic paste, onion paste, raw bean seeds.
When the spinach and bean seeds are cooked, I put them down.
I give the same amount of oil as I do ,,,,
I keep stirring with onion powder and garlic powder again.
In fact it turns brown
Cumin powder ,,, coriander powder ,,, chili powder ,,, turmeric powder ,,, with whole fenugreek ,,, cut tomatoes ,,,
Let's pour the spinach ,,,,
After shaking for some time, I put it down ,,,,
