Good pointers. Also trying my best to stay positive, regardless of what situation I'm in. Whenever I catch myself having negative thoughts, I turn them into positive ones.

Of course it's also normal to be sad or have "negative" feelings, because there's no light without darkness, but life's too short to stay in negative headspace, so we should strive to enjoy the time we have on earth.
