How are you?. I believe that everyone is very well confident and secure. I wish you every day to be a very happy day. Our garden is full of butterfly pea blossoms almost every day. So I'm always wondering what new varieties of butterfly pea can do. So instead of tea this afternoon I made sago porridge. That sago porridge was made with a new change. Let me tell you how it was made.
Ingredients;
- About twenty butterfly pea flowers
- Three tablespoons of sugar.
- 50 g of sago
- 1/4 of salt powder
- Two cups of coconut milk.
- One cup of hot water
** The method of making;**
Broken the stalk Put the washed blueberries in a glass of flowers. Then add one cup of hot water.
Cover with a lid and let it boil for a while.
Place the pan in a deep frying pan and add the sago to it. Add salt and sugar. Then add 2 cups of coconut milk, mix well and place on the stove.
When placed on the stove, mix well. Once the sago mixture is well cooked, remove from the oven after 10 minutes. Keep the fire at a normal level.
Once the butterfly pea flowers have turned blue, strain it into another glass.
Put the boiled sago mixture in a glass. Add the filtered butterfly pea flower water to it as well.
How do you like color?. Delicious and pleasant to drink.
This is a natural sago porridge.
Usually we drink sago porridge to reduce the heat in our body. Reduces the risk of heart disease. I have already shown in my previous articles about the beneficial effects of drinking buuterfly pea water. I put the two together to bring a new twist, a different flavor. It's successful and really interesting.
