Some microgreens growing at home from Chia seed which we used as salad and the seed seemed like superfood both seeds and microgreens. As those have more antioxidant property and protein and omega 3 FA which is very good for heart and loosing extra weight.
The Microgreens are harvested from the little tiny chia seeds at out indoor pot plant. Also some other indoor plants we grew as a beaty and healthy indoor air (Purified air).
