In the past few weeks, many people around me have fallen ill, generally they have the flu. we know that the flu is one of the diseases that spreads fast, that's because the flu virus can spread through the air. I try to keep my family from getting the flu easily and if I catch the flu virus, my family, especially the children, have sufficient body immunity to be able to survive the attack of the flu virus. I have made several attempts to increase the children's immunity. I use traditional medicine to help boost their immunity. at night, I will boil ginger, turmeric and palm sugar to keep their bodies warm. Besides that, I also made several variations of the juice so it wouldn't be boring. Our family does not take supplements and modern medicines to help increase the body's immunity, so I as a mother try to provide food and drinks that are nutritious for health. Tonight I will make an alternative to a supplement, mango juice with a combination of banana and baby corn.
Ripe mangoes have a soft texture with a slightly sour sweet taste. Usually ripe fruit will be eaten immediately without being processed and some make it into juice. One of my friends gave me one mango, my friend was harvesting some ripe mangoes on the tree, I got one. But when viewed from the pale yellow color of the fruit, it looks like the mango is not yet fully ripe.

Bananas are rich in fiber, potassium, magnesium and phosphorus, which are useful to help boost the body's immunity, that's why I use ripe bananas for my juice combination.
Yesterday I also bought baby corn, I'm going to add it to the juice, it sounds great.
Baby corn has long been known to have many health benefits, this is because baby corn is rich in fiber and various minerals that are useful for maintaining our body's immunity.
well I will start making useful juices to help increase our body's immunity. The ingredients I use are :
1 ripe mango
5 ripe bananas
100 grams baby corn
700 mL ice water
The steps to make the juice are :
1.Remove the baby corn skin
2.Clean the baby corn, I don't throw the hair on the corn, because it is useful for preventing cholesterol, then cut into small pieces to make it easier to blend.
DON'T FORGET TO REMOVE THE HARD COMB.
3.Put the baby corn pieces into the blender.
4.Peel the skin of the mango and then wash the mango until it is clean, on the part of the mango there is usually a little sap, that's why we have to wash it.
5.Slice the mango and put it in the blender.
6.Peel the banana peel, wax banana has a very thin skin, so I have to be careful when peeling it.Then put the peeled bananas into the blender.
7.Add ice water to the blender.
8.Time to blend all the ingredients until smooth.
Woouw, this is an amazing blend of juice flavors, I love the sweet, fresh and explosive taste sensation in the mouth.
The combination of mango, banana and baby corn as a juice is useful for increasing body immunity, maintaining a healthy digestive system and can ward off free radicals. This juice can also be used as a diet menu because it tastes filling.
Thank you for taking the time to read my post.

Wow! amazing! I do have smoothie like papaya and carrots or other fruits but it is my first time to see young corn being blended. This is a good idea. Thanks for sharing it with us @umirais.
