RE: Reishi & The Artist's Natural Medicine: Ganoderma Applanatum

in Natural Medicine3 years ago

I just bought some reishi in Alaska last week, I think they said it was grown in Oregon. Not sure the best ways to use it but for now I put it with lemon grass and make tea.

The Reishi I have is very "woody" maybe this is normal. Years ago I got it in a capsule.

Sort:

The best Reishi is seriously woody. Doesnt make tte tastiest tea but yes, a good way to use it. I prefer to slug down a spoon of tincture or a capsule. The very outer edge can be soft enough to eat but can also be quite bitter.... as the best medicine often is.

Thanks for dropping by. 🍄
