    My guess, is this hearing will be maximally performative. My reasoning is that Mast would like to get some Fox time, and if USAID gets picked up in the news cycle again, it is potentially fresh justification for the Musk led DOGE to step on the gas. The indicator for me will be if Musk tweets about it tomorrow.
