Sourdough likes new kitchen, becoming good friends with new oven ...

in BreadBakers3 years ago

We were rushing for moving in/out apartments last weeks.

Finally finally we returned the old one and completely moved into the new one. I setup the new kitchen and cooking & baking there.

It seems my sourdough, both rye and wheat, like the new kitchen and start making bubble.

I baked once a loaf of light summer-ish sourdough bread but forgot to take a photo 😅 I baked bagels this morning and it worked fine as always. Just the new oven is a bit smaller than previous one and some of them stuck together 🥯

I look forward to bake bread here in the new kitchen 😊

Happy bread baking to all!

Oh your sourdough looks really nice.

Thanks to @neumannsalva, I switched to Lievito Madre style harder sourdough and it works super 😊
