Ha ha, nah, still managed OK. I'm still having natural sugars from fruit and such, just trying to avoid added sugar and processed foods. Trying to stick to wholesome whole foods as much as possible. I must say I feel much healthier for it.

I must do same as you. Its time to cut off sugars myself...I think moat of people have to, especially if having some health conditions.
Food these days is poison.
