Even changing out the treats/snacks could help. Go for nuts, seeds, fruit instead of less healthy snacks. Maybe keep a journal of what you're eating, to raise awareness of what you're having. Maybe pick certain days of the week which are healthy days, maybe Monday to Thursday super healthy and then Thursday to Sunday a bit less strict?
