A Favourite Lunch of Mine & Future Updates To My Diet

One of my favourite meals within my recent diet/lifestyle changes. But as of next week I will be cutting out some more dairy and fats (I am keeping the avocados). I'm really excited to explore these updates to my diet, which also include eating more fruit, veg, and different carbs.

As you may know, this next batch of updates will still include lower GI carbs. But I am also seeking gluten-free low GI carbs, which means I am currently exploring different types of rice. The variety of meats, poultry, and fish will all remain similar, however, I am adding in more turkey: a lean meat with good protein content.

I will show you some photos of my updated meals as I indulge in them over the course of next week...You'll certainly note the increase in carbs compared with the meal below.
