Hoy les traigo un delicioso plato de verdad que me encantó este rico almuerzo
Las sardinas fresca la podemos hacer de varias formas pero yo la puse en filete y las pasé por harina de trigo

Today I bring you a really delicious dish that I loved this delicious lunch
We can make fresh sardinas in several ways but I put it in a fillet and I passed it through wheat flour
Estos son los ingredientes que use
Sardina fresca, arroz, aceite, lechuga, tomate, cebolla, y harina de trigo, sal
These are the ingredients I use
Fresh sardina, rice, oil, lettuce, tomato, onion, and wheat flour, salt
Acontinuacion les enceñare como prepare este delicioso plato,
Preparacion
Sofreír el arroz después le agrega gamos el agua tapamos y esperemos que este listo
La sardinas, le vamos a quitar las escamas luego la cabeza y le sacamos la espina y las dejamos como filetes luego le agregamos un poquito de sal y la pasamos por la harina de trigo
Y calentamos el salten bien y le agregamos aceite y listo podemos empezar a sofreír nuestras Sardinas
Stir-fry the rice then add the water, cover and hopefully it is ready.
The saldinas, we are going to remove the scales then the head and we remove the thorn and leave them as fillets then we add a little salt and we pass it through the wheat flour
And we heat the sauté well and add oil and voila we can start to fry our Sardina
Pará la ensalada lavar la lechuga, el tomate y la cebolla luego la picas y agregas un poquito de sal
For the salad, wash the lettuce, tomato and onion then chop it and add a little salt
Entonces ya tenemos el arroz listo, la sardina y la ensalada y ahora vamos a almorzar y así quedó mi rico almuerzo
So we have the rice ready, the sardine and the salad and now we are going to have lunch and this is how my delicious lunch was
