come back with me in this post I want to share my local special recipe, namely (teucrah sauce) or aceh stir fry sauce
this dish is very often cooked, even almost every day this stir-fried sauce has always been my home cooking, there are even some of these dishes served at official events such as weddings and others

As we know, various regions certainly have a culinary that is unique and identical to that area, aceh cuisine is synonymous with (sunti acid). Sunti acid is starfruit which is dried by drying it in the sun for several days.

sunti acid is the key to delicacy in aceh, apart from that sunti acid is always present in every typical Aceh dish, but here I choose to cook milkfish because milkfish is very delicious when cooked like this and milkfish is also rich in nutrients which are good for body

ingredients for making milkfish stir fry sauce:

  • 500 grams of milkfish
  • lime
  • salt

ground spices

  • 10 pieces of red chilies
  • a piece of turmeric
  • ginger
  • 2 large red onions
  • 3 pieces of garlic
  • 5 tamarind sunti (dried star fruit)
  • coriander

stir fry ingredients:

  • crushed lemongrass
  • curry leaves
  • Pandan leaves

how to make stir fry milkfish:

(1) clean the milkfish with skin scales and remove the inside of the fish and then wash it clean after that add lime juice and salt to neutralize the fishy smell

(2) after that, prepare the ground spices including shallots, garlic and chilies, blend until smooth

(3) after that, prepare the oil, then stir-fry the curry leaves and pandan until they smell good, then add the ground spices
then add the fish that has been marinated earlier

(4) after that add a little water and cook until the fish is perfectly cooked and then add a little salt, and correct the taste if it's right

and the stir-fried milkfish is ready to be served, the aroma is very distinctive from curry leaves and pandan leaves and the taste is also sweet and spicy, of course it will add freshness to the tongue for lovers of sweet and sour spicy food
