Hello my beautiful fellows. How are you all ? I hope you all are well. Today I am first time participating in this community.
Actually the recipy I decided to share with you guys is smoke biryani. This recipy is my mother's recipy. She makes it so many times and we whole siblings love this recipy. So today I want to make this recipe without my mother's help. So I thought to share this recipe with you guys. I hope you all will like it.

So let's start:

Final image:

Material required:

β€’ 5 onion big size
β€’ 6 tomatoes big size
β€’ 6 green chilli
β€’ Ginger and garlic 3 tbsp
β€’ One cup curd
β€’ Tamarind and plum
β€’ Oil 2 cups
β€’ One and half kg rice
β€’ One kg chicken

Procedure:

First of all I took onions and then I took off their peel and washed them properly then I cut it and put it in a pot.
Then I added oil and then I browned the onions .

After that I took tomatoes and green chilli washed them and cut and added it in blender and griend them.
After grinding it I added brown and crispy onions in it and also griend it.

After grinding all material it looks like that. I had shared the pictures.

Then I added chicken and roasted it then I added the all material which I griended and mix it.

                 Spices

      β€’ Salt 2 tbsp
      β€’ Red chilli 2 tbsp
      β€’ Shan/national biryani masala
      β€’ Gram masala 2 tbsp

This time to added spices in it so first I added salt then red chilli, gram masala and shan biryani masala. You can added spices according to your taste and then I cooked it until the chicken was fully cooked.

Then I took a coal and put it on the fire until it heated up properly. After few minutes later my chicken was ready and then added the coal in the pot and poured 1tbsp of oil and covered the wok.

Then I boiled rice properly and strained it.
Then I made a layer of rice then I added the wok on it then again rice, again wok and at the end I again made a layer of rice.

After doing that I mix yellow food color in water and speard it on the rice and I also put lemon slices on it and again put a coal in it and covered it. After 20 minutes later my smoke biryani is ready.

Now it is ready to eat. Yummy πŸ˜‹

I hope you like it.
See you soon guys.
Allah Hafiz and take care.

It is a peculiar way of cooking. I liked it and I will try it to make my dishes. It is something surprising, the food must be smoked very well.

Thanks a lot.
