I just found this marvel, I love ferments and I have been including them in my diet for a long time. Self-taught in the subject like you -or guided by my inner healer- looking for information l found several valuable, one day I was given some water tibicos and there began the adventure that still continues.

I too am on a journey with ferments and am so thankful for finding out about how valuable they are for my health.
