[Eng/Esp] My lunch to gain muscle mass: Beef chops, with rice and vegetable salad.

Greetings friends, I am in that stage of my life where through physical exercise and healthy eating I intend to increase my muscle mass, this is commonly called by coaches as "being in increase" and this increase is completely clean, what it means is that I intend to increase by consuming a little more calories than usual, but through foods that contain many nutrients and much more protein than I have been consuming regularly. The increase to gain muscle mass must be accompanied or supported by weight training, and supported by lunches like this one I have prepared at home, a beef cutlet, with rice and salad.

Saludos amigos, estoy en esa etapa de mi vida donde a través del ejercicio físico y de una alimentación saludable me propongo aumentar mi masa muscular, esto es comúnmente llamado por los coach como "estar en aumento" y este aumento es completamente limpio, lo que quiere decir es que pretendo aumentar consumiendo un poco más calorías de las habituales, pero a través de alimentos que contienen muchos nutrientes y de mucha más proteína de la que vengo consumiendo con regularidad. El aumento para ganar masa muscular debe estar acompañado o sustento en entremientos con pesas, y apoyado en almuerzos como este que he preparado en casa, una chuletas de res, con arroz y ensalada.

Ingredients:

  • 2 or 3 beef chops.
  • 1 cup of rice.
  • 1 tomato.
  • 1 onion.
  • Cucumber.
  • Lettuce.
  • 6 cloves of garlic.
  • 1/2 paprika.
  • 1/2 carrot.
  • Carmencita.
  • Seasonings: paprika, garlic powder and pepper.
  • Salt.

Ingredientes:

  • 2 o 3 chuletas de res.
  • 1 taza de arroz.
  • 1 tomate.
  • 1 cebolla.
  • Pepino.
  • Lechuga.
  • 6 dientes de ajo.
  • 1/2 pimentón.
  • 1/2 zanahoria.
  • Carmencita.
  • Condimentos: paprika, ajo en polvo y >* pimienta.
  • Sal.

Preparation:

Start by mincing the garlic cloves and season the chops with them, the oregano, a teaspoon of salt, paprika and pepper to taste. Take them to the frying pan over medium heat and let them brown on both sides until cooked.

For the rice, wash your rice very well and chop the bell pepper, onion, and carrot into cubes and add them together with a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of carmencita and two cups of water. Place over medium heat and when the water evaporates cover the pot for about 5 more minutes until the rice is ready and loose.

Para el arroz, Lava muy bien tu arroz y pica el pimentón, la cebolla, y la zanahoria en cubos y le agregas junto con una cucharadita de sal, media de carmencita y dos tazas de agua. Coloca a fuego medio y cuando evapore el agua tapa la olla por unos 5 minutos más hasta que el arroz esté listo y sueltecito.

Wash well the vegetables, tomato, cucumber, lettuce, and add onion. Chop according to your preference and season with salt to taste.

Lava bien los vegetales, el tomate, el pepino, la lechuga, y agrega también cebolla. Pica según tu preferencia y sazona con sal a tu gusto.
