Feliz día, estimados amigos de Hive. Hoy quiero mostrarles una rápida, pero muy rica sopa de carne hecha en casa. Como mencioné en mi post introductorio, mi esposa está embarazada, y estoy tratando de consentirla en todo lo posible. Lo que he visto que se ha vuelto casi favorito para ella, ha sido una buena sopa, por eso decidí hacerle una de carne, en esta oportunidad.

|| 🗣️ Happy day, dear friends of Hive. Today I want to show you a quick, but very tasty homemade meat soup. As I mentioned in my introductory post, my wife is pregnant, and I’m trying to pamper her as much as possible. What I have seen that has become almost favorite for her, has been a good soup, so I decided to make her a meat one, this time.

Los materiales que usé para esta sopa son los siguientes:
• Carne
• Aliño surtido (Perejil y Cilantro)
• Yuca
• Auyama
• Ocumo
• Agua
• Sal
• Plátano

• Meat
• Dressing (Parsley and Coriander)
• Yucca
• Pumpkin
• Sweet potato
• Water
• Salt
• Banana

Para preparar la sopa, lo primero que hice fue montar una olla con agua y la carne, para que esta vaya ablandando. Aquí es cuando aprovecho echar los aliños surtidos para que la sopa tenga gusto desde un principio. ademas de cortar las verduras y lavarlas bien lavadas.

Mi esposa dice que las sopas que yo hago, son realmente deliciosas. No se si sea verdad, o sean solo esas cosas llamadas "antojos". Lo cierto es que disfruto mucho de verla disfrutar de mis preparaciones.
