Hola queridos amigos, espero se encuentren bien, Dios me los bendiga, quiero compartir con ustedes mi almuerzo de hoy, una comida rápida y sencilla, se trata de un arroz salteado acompañado de ensalada de lechuga y tomate. Ahora les muestro el proceso:

Ingredientes:

• 2 tazas de arroz
• ¼ mortadela
• 2 huevos
• ½ pimentón
• Cebollín
• Lechuga
• 2 tomates
• Sal
• Aceite

Ingredients:
• 2 cups rice
• ¼ mortadella
• 2 eggs
• ½ paprika
• Chives
• Lettuce
• 2 tomatoes
• Salt
• Oil

Proceso:

Primero lave el arroz y lo puse a sofreír con un poquito de aceite, luego le agregue 4 tazas de agua, media cucharada de sal y deje cocinar a fuego bajo.
