Vamos a preparar esta idea numero 11 que es fácil de preparar y en poco tiempo amigos 10 minutos.
Seguimos aportando Omega 3 a nuestro cuerpo mediante el consumo de esta proteína que es el pescado en esta oportunidad un filete de BASA, es de agua dulce, carne blanca, de gran sabor y solo aporta un 3% de grasa y muy importante es de bajo costo amigos.

Time to remove the banana slices from the air fryer, with the help of a bag and a board we are going to crush them, to pass them through the dressing, return to the air fryer for 5 more minutes, after this time they will be ready and crispy friends.
While the crispy ones had their second cooking, we will take those 5 minutes as time to cook the fish fillet. We place it on a grill over low heat friends. After 2 and a half minutes we turn it over and place the lemon slices, for the remaining time to complete the cooking time.
Let's finish with the preparation of the green salad friends, for this we wash the spinach, along with the lettuce with a little vinegar and water friends, we remove the excess dirt and vinegar very well with water, we dry the excess with the help of a napkin of water. We take the cucumber and the onion, wash it, remove the peels, and cut it. Remove the shell from the avocado and cut it into small portions. El pescado quedo con un gran sabor, el limón hace que sus sabores resalten esta proteína de una manera deliciosa, su acidez le va fabuloso por eso lo incorpore en todas las preparaciones que lo acompañan, la ensalada me encanto lo suave del aguacate, lo crujiente de la cebolla el pepino, la espinaca y la lechuga combinaban muy bien con cada bocado, el aderezo solo le agregaba mas frescura y un sabor muy sutil, los crujientes de plátano son el boom amigos con el toque de picor que le agrego la pimienta en el aderezo le iba muy bien con el dulzor que tiene este, fascinada de este menú me lo termine y quería mas jeje.

That's a cool and easy idea, I'm not a big fan of banana in salty dishes but the fish fillet look so good and the salad too, a fresh dish 😀
