La receta de hoy es "Pollo al Curry y Jengibre" una delicia de sabores.
Today's recipe is "Chicken Curry and Ginger" a delight of flavors.
Ingredientes / Ingredients
1 kilo de pollo. 1 cebolla 15 gramos de jengibre. 4 dientes de ajo. 10 gramos entre cilantro y perejil. 1 cucharadita de sal. 1 cucharadita de pimienta molida. 1 cucharada de curry. Aceite.
1 kilo of chicken. 1 onion. 15 grams of ginger. 4 cloves of garlic. 10 grams between coriander and parsley. 1 teaspoon salt. 1 teaspoon of ground pepper. 1 tablespoon of curry. Oil.
Preparación / Preparation
Lo primero que hay que hacer es trocear el pollo.
The first thing to do is chop the chicken.
Luego pela y tritura el ajo.
Then peel and crush the garlic.
Procedemos a colocar el pollo en un recipiente y le agregamos el ajo, la pimienta, el curry, la sal y mezclamos.

Cogemos una sartén, añadimos aceite y colocamos el pollo para sellar por ambos lados.
We take a frying pan, add oil and place the chicken to seal on both sides.
Mientras se sella el pollo, corta la cebolla y el ajo en cuadritos, ralla el jengibre.
While the chicken is sealing, cut the onion and garlic into squares, grate the ginger.
Cuando el pollo esté bien sellado añadimos la cebolla, el ajo y el jengibre y removemos hasta que se integren.
When the chicken is well sealed we add the onion, garlic and ginger and stir until they are integrated.
Luego agregamos la taza de caldo de pollo, tapamos y dejamos cocinar por 15 minutos.
Then we add the cup of chicken broth, cover and let cook for 15 minutes.
Mientras picamos chiquito el cilantro y el perejil.
While we chop the cilantro and the parsley small.
Pasados los 15 minutos destapamos y agregamos el cilantro y el perejil, removemos y dejamos cocinar por 2 minutos más y listo.
After 15 minutes we uncover and add the cilantro and parsley, stir and let cook for 2 more minutes and that's it.
Así se ha acompañado este delicioso plato con arroz blanco y plátano asado.
This is how this delicious dish has been accompanied by white rice and roast banana.
