Thatβs cool. Itβs hard for me to choose but I do enjoy houjicha (green tea) and I love herbs like mint and chamomile.
Those are all wonderful teas indeed! I usually make combos, so it would be challenging for me to choose just one or two! Have a fantastic rest of your week @fruityfruitz! π π π β¨ π€

πI understand that. Whatβs your favorite combo?
When I have all the plants in the ground and available, I'll make the blend below (I can include the scientific names too if needed):
I usually harvest all from the land here. It's a wonderful, potent blend that my body loves! π π π β¨ π€

Wow! Natural indeed. What joy it must be to harvest such varieties from your land. Interesting combo. Iβm not familiar with several of them. Ramgoat Dashalong sounds kind of caribbean and mamaki sounds Japanese. I should google some of these to see what they look like. Sounds wonderful. Thanks for sharing. π
Yes, it is indeed a wonderful gift to be able to harvest them from the land. I'm king of interesting combos! Ramgoat Dashalong, which has the most colorful vernacular name of any plant I know, is a medicinal from Central America that is related to Damiana. It gets its name from how it makes male goats act when they eat it. Mamaki is an endemic (found nowhere else) Hawaiian arborescent (tree-like), spineless nettle. It is revered by the Hawaiians as a potent medicial. I love it! I'm happy to share anything I know. It's my honor. pleasure, and privilege to share! Let me know if you need any scientific names! πππβ¨π€

Your combo king. Lol! Oh thank you. Learning quite a bit here. Itβs a good thing I asked about mamaki. Interesting that itβs only found there. Maybe I can hardly pronounce the scientific names. Haha!
Thank you for enlightening my knowledge. Appreciated.
