Hoy es un buen día para compartir esta rica, rápida y facil manera de preparar un buen almuerzo.

Today is a good day to share this delicious, quick and easy way to prepare a good lunch.

Para esto necesitaremos los siguientes ingredientes.

For this we will need the following ingredients.

✓ Pollo
✓ 1 taza de arroz
✓ 2 tazas de agua
✓ aliños (ajo, ají, cebollín y cilantro)
✓ cubito, sal y orégano. (Los condimentos son los de tu preferencia)

✓ Chicken
✓ 1 cup of rice
✓ 2 cups of water
✓ dressings (garlic, chili, chives and coriander)
✓ cube, salt and oregano. (The seasonings are those of your preference)

Ahora procedemos al paso a paso.

Now we proceed to the step by step.

Previo a esto tenía el pollo sancochado, solo debí desmechar, reserve mientras picaba aliños.

Before this I had the parboiled chicken, I just had to shred it, reserve while I minced the dressings.

Luego comienzo a freír los aliños, y voy a fregando poco a poco el resto de los ingredientes.

Then I start to fry the dressings, and I am going to wash the rest of the ingredients little by little.

Cuando ya el agua se haya secado, apago y tapo, dejo reposar unos minutos para luego servir y degustar.

When the water has dried, I turn off and cover, let it rest for a few minutes and then serve and taste.

Y este a sido un sabroso almuerzo amigos, perfecto para compartir con amigos y familiares.

And this has been a tasty lunch for friends, perfect to share with friends and family.
