Recuerden compañeros que lo más importante a la hora de preparar los alimentos es tener nuestras manos y los utensilios a usar muy limpios.
Remember, colleagues, that the most important thing when preparing food is to have our hands and the utensils to use very clean.
Comenzamos 👩🍳 • we start
Lo primero que hago es pelar los ajos.
The first thing I do is peel the garlic.
Prosigo con el cilantro, el cual lavo muy bien y pico para que las ramas no se enreden en la cuchilla de la licuadora.
I continue with the cilantro, which I wash very well and chop so that the branches do not get entangled in the blender blade.
Llegó el momento de agregar los ingredientes en la licuadora, primero la mayonesa luego el cilantro y los ajos.
The time has come to add the ingredients in the blender, first the mayonnaise, then the coriander and garlic.
Ahora enciendo la licuadora y dejo que haga su magia un par de minutos 😉
Now I turn on the blender and let it work its magic for a couple of minutes 😉
Ahora envaso en un recipiente de vidrio, el cual lave con agua caliente y seque muy bien para conservar está deliciosa mayonesa, la cual será compañera de nuestras arepas para desayuno durante esta semana.
Now I pack it in a glass container, which I wash with hot water and dry very well to preserve this delicious mayonnaise, which will be a companion to our arepas for breakfast this week.
Y esto es todo amigos, algo tan sencillo pero lleno de sabor que nos simplifica la hora de servir.
