Imagino que todos en algún momento de sus vidas vieron la gran película "Ratatuelle" divertida ¿cierto? Pues hoy vengo a mostrarle como hacer el delicioso platillo

Los ingredientes para esta receta, son muy fáciles de conseguir, utilice:

Calabacín
Berenjena
Plátano
Tómate
Queso
Cebolla
Ajo
Orégano
Carne (opcional)

Eggplant
Banana
Tomato
Cheese
Onion
Garlic
Oregano
Meat (optional)

Comenzamos lavando muy bien todos los vegetales con vinagre, luego picamos los vegetales en círculos más o menos delgados, y el queso en pequeños trozos (Colocar la berenjena en agua con sal para evitar la oxidación)

Untamos un poco de aceite en una bandeja y formamos pequeñas columnas usando círculos de cada ingrediente y llevarlo a una bandeja, hacer lo mismo hasta llenar la bandeja.

We spread a little oil on a tray and form small columns using circles of each ingredient and take it to a tray, do the same until the tray is full.

Luego ponen la carne, ajo ralladito, orégano y sal al gusto, aparte, rallamos un poco más de queso y rociamos por encima; así estará listo para llevarlo al horno.

Horneamos por 30 minutos a fuego medio y ¡Listo para comer!
