Si no sabes hacer torta o ponquesitos o piensas que es una habilidad que no se te da bien, te traigo una receta tan fácil que cualquiera puede lograrlo. No necesitas ni un poquito de experiencia y lo mejor de todo sólo necesitas cuatro ingredientes base. Con baño de café o cualquier otro sabor que gustes como chocolate o incluso leche para hacerla humeda y deliciosa, es super económica, y aparte un poco mas saludable porque no lleva mantequilla ni aceite.

Ingredientes:
2 huevos
250 ml de Harina leudante (1 taza medidora)
125 ml de azucar (1/2 taza medidora)
250 ml de café (2 tazas medidoras)

Es muy sencilla de elaborar; primero colocas los dos huevos enteros, no precisas separar las claras de las yemas ya que se trata de hacer la receta lo mas practica y fácil posible, así que procedemos a batir con una batidora electrica o manual hasta que tome una textura cremosa y con un color blanquecido

Ingredients: 2 eggs 250 ml self-rising flour (1 measuring cup) 125 ml of sugar (1/2 measuring cup) 250 ml of coffee (2 measuring cups)

Luego agregamos la 1/2 taza de azucar y continuamos batiendo

Then we add the 1/2 cup of sugar and continue beating.

Debe de quedarnos con esta consistencia

Ahora es el momento de agregar la harina, es importante que sea leudante para que pueda salir bien nuestro biscocho, la estamos realizando asi ya que si no tienes polvo de hornear igual puedas elaborarla.

Ahora vamos a ir añadiendo la harina de a poco y vamos mezclando solo lo necesario para incorporar los ingredientes y que no queden grumos.
Now we are going to add the flour little by little and mix only what is necessary to incorporate the ingredients so that there are no lumps.
Cuida de no mezclar en exceso y hazlo en la medida que sepas, de forma envolvente para que la mezcla se llene de aire, entre mas aire más esponjocita quedará

Al ir agregando la harina notarás que la mezcla se irá colocando un poco espesa, para eso le iremos agregando un poquito de agua de a poco, hasta que adquiera una consistencia mas liquida pero cremosa, será aproximadamente 1/2 taza de agua en total, vamos alternando agregando agua y harina hasta agregar toda la harina

Nos debe de quedar una mezcla cremosa y ligera, de esta forma

Ahora puedes añadirle una cucharadita de vainilla, y si tienes en casa una cucharadita de polvo de hornear o bicarbonato.
Esto es opcional, si no tienes puedes saltarte este paso, aunque cómo es para principiantes el colocarle un poquito de polvo de hornear o bicarbonato ayudará a que te quede mejor más facilmente, en mi caso yo no le agregué esta vez, la idea es que podamos realizarla con lo que tenemos en casa

This is optional, if you don't have it you can skip this step, although since it is for beginners, adding a little baking powder or baking soda will help it look better more easily, in my case I didn't add it this time, the idea is that we can do it with what we have at home

Ahora llegó el momento de hornear nuestros ponquesitos, por aproximadamente 40 minutos, esto dependerá de tu horno, en mi caso utilicé un hornito electrico con una temperatura a 350°F.

Un dato muy importante es no abrir el horno antes de que pasen 30 minutos ya que si lo haces tu torta se bajará y se hechará a perder, con esto garantizaremos el exito de nuestra receta.

Cuando llegues a los 30 minutos puedes revisar si esta lista introduciendo un palillo o cuchillo, debe de salir seco, si sale con un poquito de mezcla es porque aun le falta un poco de cocción, así que puedes dejarlos con un tiempo total de 40 minutos como lo fue en mi caso.

Eventualmente debes de ir revisando y prestando cuidado de que no se te vallan a quemar, cuando esten listos dejas enfriar y a continuacion viene la mejor parte

Para darle ese toque especial que va a hacer la gran diferencia, para que dé esa textura de torta humeda tipo tres leche o torta fria, vierte por encima el café frio, o si gustas puedes cambiarlo por chocolate, leche o cualquier delicioso sabor.

Quedarán húmedos y muy sabrosos, para qué penetre más el liquido puedes pincharlos con un tenedor o palillo por toda la parte de encima e ir vertiendo cada vez mas café hasta penetraŕ por completo.

¡Y listo! con pocos ingredientes, fácil, práctico y sabroso, es ideal para comer una meriendita en casa y disfrutar de algo dulce con nuestra familia o amigos
