Muy buenos días amigos de hive, como saben a mi me encanta traerles recetas sencillas y que contengan pocos ingredientes, para que de esta forma puedan ser realizadas por cualquier persona y hoy no es la excepción, les presento la mejor merienda para consentir a nuestros seres queridos, esta es unos deliciosos y crujientes churros, los cuales los dejaran sorprendidos con los fáciles que son de preparar, volviéndolos así una adicción que siempre querrán cocinar.

Churros

Good morning, friends of hive, as you know I love to bring you simple recipes that contain few ingredients, so that in this way they can be made by anyone and today is no exception, I present the best snack to pamper our loved ones dear, this is some delicious and crunchy churros, which will leave you surprised with how easy they are to prepare, thus making them an addiction that you will always want to cook.

Ingredientes:

    • 1 taza de harina de trigo
    • 1 cucharada de aceite
    • 1 pizca de sal
    • 1 taza de agua
    • Azúcar y canela para espolvorear

Ingredients:

    • 1 cup of wheat flour
    • 1 tablespoon oil
    • 1 pinch of salt
    • 1 cup of water
    • Sugar and cinnamon for dusting

Pasos a seguir:

    • Paso 1: En una olla colocar el agua y el aceite y poner al fuego hasta que hierva.

    • Paso 2: A parte vamos a colocar la harina y la sal en un bol y vamos a mezclar, cuando el agua ya este hirviendo la incorporamos a estos ingredientes y mezclamos bien con la ayuda de una paleta de madera.

    • Paso 3:Dejamos reposar unos minutos la masa, y luego la vertemos en una manga pastelera con una boquilla de estrella.

    • Paso 4: Con la ayuda de una bolsa untada con aceite o bien papel parafinado comenzamos a trazar los churros de unos 12 a 15cm cada uno, al terminar con toda la masa los colocamos en el frízer por 20 minutos.

    • Paso 5: En un caldero colocamos aceite de maíz y esperamos a que este bien caliente, seguidamente freímos los churros, y cuando estén listos los pasamos rápidamente por papel absorbente y luego directo a un bold con la azúcar y la canela, deben estar bien calientes para que esta se les adhiera a toda la superficie.

Steps to follow:

    • Step 1:In a pot, place the water and oil and put on the fire until it boils.
    • Step 2: Separately we are going to place the flour and salt in a bowl and we are going to mix, when the water is already boiling we add it to these ingredients and mix well with the help of a wooden paddle.
    • Step 3:Let the dough rest for a few minutes, and then pour it into a pastry bag with a star nozzle.
    • Step 4: With the help of a bag greased with oil or waxed paper we begin to trace the churros of about 12 to 15cm each, when we finish with all the dough we place them in the fridge for 20 minutes.
    • Step 5: In a cauldron we place corn oil and wait for it to be very hot, then we fry the churros, and when they are ready we quickly pass them through absorbent paper and then directly to a bold with the sugar and cinnamon, they must be very hot so that it is adhere to the entire surface.

    Sabias que los churros son tradicionalmente una receta proveniente de España y en este pais llevan el nombre de porras, en Venezuela los podemos encontrar en casi todas las ciudades del pais y son considerados una excelente opción como desayuno o merienda.

    Did you know that churros are traditionally a recipe from Spain and in this country they are called porras, in Venezuela we can find them in almost every city in the country and are considered an excellent option as breakfast or snack.

    Los churros me encantan y me traen buenos recuerdos de mi niñez, ya que papá y mamá nos llevaban a mis hermanos y a mí a comerlos, y siempre era grato recibir una bolsa marrón de papel repleta de felicidad, porque para mí eso eran FELICIDAD PURA. Esta receta me gusta porque está bien explicada y es muy sencilla, precisamente lo que en ocasiones se necesita para pasar un buen sábado en la tarde o para resolver una merienda dominguera.
