Que tal amigos de hive, en esta ocasión les traigo el almuerzo perfecto, un delicioso enrollado de pollo relleno con jamón, queso y pimentón, que es muy sencillo de hacer y que utiliza ingredientes que normalmente tenemos en casa, este platillo te permitirá sorprender y lo mejor de todo es que al cocinar en el horno reducimos significativamente sus calorías, espero que te atrevas a prepararlo y que lo disfrutes.

Ingredientes:

    • 3 filetes de pollo
    • Jamón cocido
    • Queso amarillo
    • Pimentón rojo
    • Ajo
    • Salsa inglesa
    • Sal, pimienta y orégano
    • Harina de maíz o pan rallado
    • Queso parmesano
    • Aceite

Ingredients:

    • 3 chicken steaks

    • Cornmeal or breadcrumbs

Pasos a seguir:

    • Paso 1: Iniciamos machucando cada uno de los filetes para que queden lo mas finos posibles, y luego le agregamos la salsa inglesa, la sal, la pimienta, el orégano y el ajo machacado y dejamos macerar en la nevera por una noche para que tome mas sabor.

    • Paso 2: Al día siguiente retiramos de la nevera, y procedemos a colocar sobre cada filete, una loncha de jamón y sobre éste, un trozo de queso y dos tiritas de pimento rojo. Enrollamos todo con las manos, encerrando el relleno en el interior de la pechuga de pollo y lo atravesamos con un palillo de madera para que no se nos vaya abrir.

    • Paso 3:Ahora, en un plato colocamos la harina, el queso parmesano y una pizca de sal y procedemos a pasar cada rollito de pollo por esta preparación, y repetimos con el resto de las pechugas.

    • Paso 4: Finalmente en una bandeja para horno untamos un poco de aceite con la ayuda de una servilleta y colocamos los cordon bleu, y llevamos al horno a 180° por 40 minutos aproximadamente.

    • Paso 5: Retiramos del horno y servimos con el contorno que mas nos apetezca.
