Delighted to continue sharing my recipes with you today I bring you a marbled cake in a special way because among its ingredients will have candied fruits, raisins and a touch of rum liqueur that will bring a unique flavor to my dough.
Las tortas marmoleadas tienen la particularidad de ser una mezcla de chocolate con vainilla resultando una explosión de sabores al paladar y a su vez una linda combinación de colores en dos tono. En casa cuando queremos merendar y hacer una torta diferente ésta es nuestras mejor opción. Te invito a ver cómo la preparo.
The marbled cakes have the particularity of being a mixture of chocolate with vanilla resulting in an explosion of flavors to the palate and in turn a nice combination of colors in two tones. At home when we want to have a snack and make a different cake this is our best option. I invite you to see how I prepare it.
Ingredientes:
- 700 grs de harina de trigo.
- 500 grs de azúcar.
- 4 huevos.
- 120 grs de mantequilla.
- 50 grs de cacao en polvo.
- 50 grs de pasas.
- 60 grs de frutas confitadas.
- 1/2 cdta de sal.
Ingredients:

- 50 grams of cocoa powder.
- 50 grams of raisins.
- 60 grams of candied fruits.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Procedimiento:
Paso 1
Batimos la mantequilla con el azúcar por unos minutos para cremar y obtener una mezcla homogénea. Ésto garantiza un bizcocho más esponjoso.

Beat the butter with the sugar for a few minutes to cream and obtain a homogeneous mixture. This guarantees a fluffier cake.
Paso 2
Luego añadimos los huevos uno a uno, me gusta batirlo bien para luego añadir el siguiente.

Paso 3
En éste paso separó la mezcla casi en partes iguales y una parte continuo añadiendo la harina de trigo y la leche hasta terminar colocando vainilla, ralladura de naranja y las frutas confitadas.

In this step he separated the mixture almost in equal parts and one part continued adding the wheat flour and the milk until finishing by adding vanilla, orange zest and the candied fruits.
Paso 4
La otra parte de la mezcla le agregamos el cacao en polvo y las uvas pasas.

Paso 5
Engrasó y coloco harina a una bandeja rectangular y Vertemos primero la mezcla blanca y luego chocolate y con un tenedor realizó formas para crear el marmoleado.

Grease and flour a rectangular tray and pour first the white mixture and then the chocolate and with a fork make shapes to create the marbling.
Paso 6
Llevamos al horno por unos 25 a 30 minutos cuidando el horneado y su temperatura según nuestro horno. Una vez lista la corté a la mitad para rellenar con crema pastelera.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes taking care of the baking and its temperature according to our oven. Once ready I cut it in half to fill with pastry cream.
Para darle un toque aún más especial elabore una cobertura de chocolate a base de cacao en polvo, azúcar, agua y mantequilla para colocarle al bizcocho por encima.
To give it an even more special touch, make a chocolate coating with cocoa powder, sugar, water and butter to put on top of the cake.
