De nuevo estoy con uds para presentar otra receta muy sabrosa y fácil de preparar, cada día trato de no ser tan monótono en la cocina para que mis pequeños de la casa no se aburran de comer siempre lo mismo, claro está que si hay un día en el que no se pudo, bueno será en otra ocasión 😁, pero hoy no es el caso, para la receta de hoy les traigo unos conos de pollo y ensalada, o como le dijo mi hijo un helado de pollo, una receta super fácil y además en que podrá echar a volar tu imaginación así que en este post les mostrare como lo prepare, espero les guste la receta.

Ingredients

  • ½ onion

  • 2 carrot
  • ¼ purple cabbage

  • ¼ tsp ground oregano
  • 75 grams of butter
  • 75 ml of water

Mientras tenemos el pollo sazonado, comenzamos hacer la masa, mezclamos todos los ingredientes la harina con ¼ de cda de orégano y sal mezclamos todo muy bien hasta obtener nuestra más suave y lisa. Dejamos reposando por unos 30 minutos y volvemos de nuevo con el pollo.

Luego de que la masa haya descansado un poco tome la mitad y Piqué en 4 partes estire cada una de ellas y saque tiras como de 2 CM de ancho, y use unos molde hechos en casa en forma de cono y fui colocando la tira hasta cubrir todo el molde, luego lo lleve al horno ya precalentado a 180⁰c por 20 minutos.

Mientras se hornean los conos realice una ensalada rayada para acompañar, raye dos zanahoria y repollo morado, los mezcle y agregué 2 cda de mayonesa con un toque de azúcar mezcle todo muy bien y reserve en la nevera por unos instantes.

Luego de tener todo listo, solo nos toca armar nuestros conos, lo haremos colocando una cucharada de pollo y otra de ensalada y luego otra de pollo hasta completar el cono. Adorne con un poco de salsa al final.
