After the cooling time we come to the last step, which will be to mix a liter of milk together with the mixture that we made previously, the cocoa and the base powder for ice creams, we take them to the blender beating for about 2 minutes in that period of time we add a gram of CMC per liter of milk this is to give stability to the ice cream and when it is at rest it does not have sediment or it depends on the case if it would have fruit these would not go away at the bottom of the glass. That said, all that remains is to serve and refrigerate preferably overnight.
