Pandan and Coconut Flavor Ice Cream
Maybe for non-Asian people, it will be strange to see green food. In Indonesia, we have a lot of food, especially green desserts. It is made from the natural dye Pandan Leaves.
This time I bought ice cream from a seller who passed by my house every day.
Pandan Leaves and coconut flavored ice cream. I bought a portion of this for IDR 5K or around USD 0.4. Also given jelly and glutinous rice, and can add sweetened condensed milk if the buyer likes it. I prefer not to add sweetened condensed milk because next time I will complement this ice cream with refreshing fruit slices.
I added the kiwi slices which were still stocked in my refrigerator. I like Kiwi even though it tastes a bit sour but to me, it's refreshing, and perfect for complementing an overly sweet ice cream.

Oh I'd love some ice cream for sure @anggreklestari, I wonder what flavour the pandan leaves gives it, sounds interesting! Kiwifruit is one of my favourite garnishes for cold desserts. We're still in summer here, can't wait for the cooler weather to start!
Well this ice cream looks great, so great I think the price of the Hive will be in the next few days. I am intrigued by the taste of that ice cream, I have never tried Pandan leaves, but I suppose they are delicious. In my country, Venezuela, there is a somewhat particular ice cream, which is made with a fruit that produces a palm tree known as moriche (Mauritia flexuosa), which I like a lot. There are also ice creams made with Amazonian fruits, but they are also less common. As always, you make a simple meal a work of art. Beautiful photos. A big greeting.
