Thank you, Anggrek. Rice wrapper is a must-have item in our kitchen. We use it for many things. Just the other day, we ate Korean BBQ, for Asians it is easy to just put BBQ stuff in a lettuce leave and wrap it. But for my partner, he made a mess so I had to give him the rice wrapper to use. He loves it that way.
Sometimes, I cook Vietnamese savoury pancake using rice wrapper as a base, adding eggs, green onions, shrimp as topping. So Yum
