In today's recipe we are going to be preparing a delicious marbled cake with strawberry essence. This essence is special for doing many things, it has multiple uses because it is used for our decorating creams for creamy ice creams and to give flavor and color to our cakes. You can get it at a pastry shop where you live. There are also many varieties of essence in other flavors and of course colors.
This cake has made me want to make it to eat it with a delicious soda at snack time and I also wanted to try a marbled cake that is different from the normal one we make here, which is of course chocolate, but today we are going to make it with this essence, so let's go with the materials and the process, I hope it encourages you to make it, so let's get to the kitchen!...🍽️

Okay, so let's start with our preparation by looking for a previously clean bowl and we're going to separate the whites from the yolks of our eggs and separately in a small cup we'll place them in the large bowl we're going to add the egg whites and with a mixer we're going to beat them or if you have a mixer, perfect the process is faster, we're going to beat the egg whites until they form snowy peaks and they'll be super fluffy and soft like cotton.

Then, after beating for three minutes, we add the sugar to our mixture and the tablespoon of salt, we add it and beat for two more minutes and now we add the yolks of our eggs that we separated previously, we beat until we obtain a homogeneous mixture and the sugar has melted a little.

We continue beating to add our cup of oil and stir in a circular motion little by little so that our mixture does not spill from the sides of the bowl, we mix a little more and add our vanilla essence because we will reserve the other strawberry essence for later and of course after the vanilla we add the flour already sifted through a strainer to avoid lumps, and stir.

We are going to add our liquid milk little by little to the mixture and stir carefully until we finish our milk and flour. We will not stop stirring, we will know that the mixture is ready when bubbles begin to appear on the surface of the mixture. After this, I went on to oil the tray where we will pour the mixture and we also add flour so that our cake does not stick to it and we proceed to pour the mixture little by little, thus leaving a little bit of the mixture in the bowl.

The mixture that we have reserved we are going to add our strawberry essence and we will beat it until it is mixed with the mixture and thus we easily have this cream with strawberry, we are going to pour it on top and right in the middle of our cake and with a knife we will make peculiar shapes to the cake before cooking it, thus forming mosaics or flowers as you wish, then we move on to cooking it in the oven
at 180° for 40 minutes... After those minutes we will be able to observe that it is ready when you insert the knife in the center, take it out and no raw mixture comes out, it is ready, turn off and remove from the heat, let it rest for an hour and enjoy.
