FRIED CHICKEN SAMBAL KEMANGI
RECIPE
1/2 chicken
2 handfuls of KEMANGI leaves
chicken spice seasoning
GROUND SPICES
- Red chili
- Cayenne pepper
- turmeric
- candlenut
- Shallot
- garlic
- lemongrass (geprek)
- Bay leaf
- tomatoes (small slices)
- sugar. salt. flavoring (optional)
HOW TO MAKE
wash the chicken and then mop up until cooked (set aside)
FRIED half cooked chicken that has been ground up (set aside)
saute the spices until fragrant then enter Ginger lemongrass give a little water Then add tomatoes until cooked then add KEMANGI stir until basil withered with chicken sugar and salt flavoring. tasting if it is right, reduce the heat and cover briefly until the seasoning is absorbed.
And the fried basil chicken is ready to be served🥰
