Ingredients:
Lotus Biscoff Biscuit Crust:
150 g Lotus Biscoff biscuits
40 g Almonds
65 g Melted unsalted butter
Cheesecake Filling:
40 g Unsalted butter (room temperature)
80 g Caster sugar
500 g Cream cheese (room temperature)
1 tsp Vanilla essence
2 large Eggs (room temperature)
60 ml Non-dairy whipping cream (room temperature)
100 g Lotus Biscoff spread (melted)
