Prawn Ball Curry using Grandma's recipe | Chemmeen Kofta Curry | How to make prawn or shrimp balls

Prawn Ball TN.jpg

My Grandma's chicken ball curry has always been my favorite. One of the recipes I tried cooking when I first got married was her special chicken ball curry. Back then, it was easier to make curry with fresh chicken meatballs instead of the whole chicken (I was an amateur haha). Over the years, I gained interest in experimenting with my dishes and this prawn ball curry is one of the results. The prawn balls are made from scratch and when they are cooked in the curry, they become soft and juicy. Kids love this dish and they will not even know that they are eating prawns. Hope you love this recipe as well!
