It is a vegetable curry. The vegetables were cut in Julian shape and cooked. Carrot, Potato, Beans.... were used. It is a simple and healthy recipe. So lets move to the ingredients.

Put a curry pan on fire.
Put all the vegetables together. Then add some water.
Add salt and turmeric. Salt balances the taste and turmeric gives a yellow colour.
Cook well and finally add the grated coconut milk.
