Hello Hive community, Happy to see you again. Today I am with vegetable salad to balance our meal. Salads were good for digesting and low in calories. Above all that it gives refreshment. Different types of vegetable salad is there, I made a simple one.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED
- Onion
- Carrot
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Green chilli
- Salt
- Vinegar
PREPARATION
We prepare all the ingredients and cut in small cubes. I prefer it for easy chewing and digesting.
As you all know how to prepare a salad, mixing all the vegetables and add taste. It is also the same.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Take a small bowl and add the onions.
Add carrots.
Add tomatoes.
Add green chilli.
Add cucumber.
Add 3 tsp of vinegar.
Add little salt for balance the overall taste and mix them all well.
Salads were gives us refreshing we have to include in our meals for better health.
