Hello Hive community, I prepared a delicious India's favourite Upma for my breakfast. No any spices were using for flavour in my making, some others will add it. I made it in a traditional way. It is normally popular in southern parts of India.

When the oil became heat add 1 tsp of black mustard seeds.
When mustard seeds became fry add the minced ginger.
When the ginger lost its raw smell add the small sized cut onion and one green chilli.
When the onion becomes soft add the grated carrots and mix them well. Cook for few minutes.
Then add water equal to the amount of semolina we taking.
Bring the water to boil. Add the salt to taste.
When water became boil add 250gm of roasted semolina and mix them well.
