Is the aubergine dip the same as babaghanoush?
I am certainly enjoying your vegetarian and vegan-friendly dishes. The recipe for the stuffing is obviously vegan. And I can definitely use it and stuff it with spring roll wrapper or rice paper. Great recipe and very detailed post!

It is quite similar to the recipe but I understand that they add semamo seeds or other species to the baba ganoush, but it is very similar.Thank you very much for commenting
