Hi, hive blog family and friends, today i was invited in my friend aftar party. In Pakistan holy month of ramzan was start so muslim community invite to each other in aftar parties.
I am in kalabagh, my friend name Malik Amjid invited me in his party, he arrange different kinds of dishes.
1st off all i want to tell you about delicious dish rise people say it's bariyani, this is in front of you. This is most valuable dish in subcontinent.
He also arrange spicy chicken pakora, they are tasty. They are made by potatoes, onion, chicken and some ingredients.
Shami kabab most wanted dish in our area. Shami kabab have mix ingredients like, eggs, chicken meal, meda and some others like chili etc. They also use with biriyani.
Also friend arrange some fruits, like grapes, melon, date fruit, apple. All aftar parties these are fruit must used.
He makes chana chaat, dahi baly, these are the local name of these dishes. These are most delicious dishes.
Pudding mix, it make to milk, butter and also sugar. This is lovely. It used in sweats. I love him very much.
