As a gym rat, of course, my goal is to achieve the desired body shape. One way to make that goal achievable is by working harder. Lifting weights is not something that is considered easy, eating and types of exercise are the main points in getting the body that every gym rat wants.

It has been two years of focusing on weight lifting and I feel that there is something very good about my body, the significant impact is not only because my body looks better, but more than that. I am healthier and understand more about the nutrition that my body needs.

I don't care about anything to achieve that goal. I do it seriously. However, the hardest thing in weight training is not about how heavy the weight I can lift, but meeting my daily protein needs. You know, with a weight of 60 kg and a height of 159 cm, I need around 120 g of protein, which can be obtained from 500 grams of chicken breast every day. EVERY DAY. Can you imagine how hard it is for me to meet it?

It's not every day that I eat chicken breast, sometimes I can add pea protein as a substitute. Chicken breast is very difficult to eat, you can imagine how rough it feels on the throat and it takes water to force it all. But now everything is easier when I know about making delicious sausages with only 3 ingredients.

Wait, 3 ingredients?! That's right! I made 100% chicken breast sausages without any unpleasant taste.

Of course I need those 3 ingredients:

  • 1 kg chicken breast fillet

  • 1 Frankfurter seasoning

  • Collagen sausage casing

Making it is really very simple. With a fairly simple comparison too. For example, the frankfurter seasoning that I use is only 10 grams of 1000 grams of chicken breast fillet. It turns out that the seasoning can cover the taste to make it more delicious.

I just found out that there is a collagen sausage casing that can make sausages easier. So I don't have to bother looking for sausages that are really 100% meat. Wow, I feel like I'm behind the times, even this around for a long time and I just found out about it.

Of course, the chicken fillet meat is washed clean and then weighed according to the measurements. Remember, 1000 grams of chicken breast fillet with 10 grams of frankfurter seasoning and then chopped until very smooth.

After everything is finished in the chopper, then put it in the sausage casing and tie it with a food-safe rope (but not to eat). Then steam it for 20 minutes over medium heat.

I added tomato sauce for an additional, more perfect taste when pansir to make it more delicious!
