Rainy Day
A question crossed my mind; why in every rainy or winter season, we always like to eat, it doesn't matter if it's warm or not, hunger always feels when the cold air comes. Eating and food is the most important thing when winter comes, that's why food ingredients must always be at home.
Then, I thought, that this rainy season is really very cold, hunger is always there at any time, even after being full, I want to eat food again and again. In fact I think it will be better to cook a lot of food and make use of the leftovers.
During the diet, I always eat chicken breast fillets every single day, even the chicken seller to tired seeing me ask him to separate the bones from the chicken breast almost every day. I buy the chicken every day 500 grams and it leaves a lot of bones clean. So, I brought the chicken bones to me to cook again and give them to the cat at home.
Well, this time I didn't give chicken bones to my cats, because I had bought them a lot of wet food. Chicken bones this time I want to make special chicken bone soup which is definitely very flavorful and tasty. Not only making soup, I'm going to make this collagen-rich chicken broth from perfect chicken bones, pairing it with potatoes and carrots to make it even sweeter.
Soup is an appetizing meal, I think it will be really good to eat in winter and it will warm your body. In addition, the soup is high in protein because it is made from chicken bones, which have chicken meat attach to the bones. Well, for that, let's cook it!
To make chicken bone soup, there are several ingredients that you cant missed. Cause this is a simple soup rich in spices, such as star anise, cumin, cinnamon, pepper and cloves. To get it, usually a package of this spice is specially sold at the traditional market around my house.
I used chicken bones (but if you want, using whole chicken is highly recommended), tofu, tempeh, cooking oil, soup seasoning, carrots, potatoes, celery, leeks and tomatoes. Shallots, garlic and candlenut are spices that are no less important in this ingredient. Use sugar and salt as a flavoring and savory flavor in the soup. To add carbohydrates, I use vermicelli.
- The most important thing is to cleaned the chicken bones from the sticky dirt with flow water, I usually boil it for a while then throw away the water and add fresh cooking water.
- After boiling it for 30 minutes, I chopped some potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, leeks and celery. Putting it in the wokpan will add more flavor. After that, give the soup seasoning that has been prepared.
- Ground spices; shallots, garlic and hazelnut are mashed in a blender first, then poured into the wokpan.
- Give pepper, sugar, salt and broth powder according to taste. Also pour the leeks and celery at the final stage in making the soup.
- Take tempeh and tofu, then fry with oil and drain.
- While waiting the tempeh and tofu to be fry, soak the vermicelli in hot water so that the vermicelli can be soft so they can be eat properly.
- Take some vermicelli and put it in a bowl, then pour it with the soup and add a little chicken bone. Sprinkle fried tofu and tempeh, soup can be served to warm the body!

I agree, on rainy season we always find ourself craving for food. perhaps it was because of the weather, stack at home. So get bored, the best thing to do is eat and sleep 🤣.
