As a culinary lover, of course I also really like the bakery world. Gaining knowledge that can be used is a happiness in itself. That's why I am willing to gain knowledge and exchange it for some money, I would be very willing. Lately I have spent a lot of money to learn baking with someone who is an expert in making bread.
It's nothing, I once spent tens of kilograms of flour and instant yeast for nothing, in fact I made bread that failed within 1 week. After that I paid to get a recipe that was really anti-fail. Including calculating easy recipes without having to use a mixer.
It's been 2 years, my mixer has been destroyed and split in two. Broken because it broke, I almost cried because of this, because the price of the mixer is quite large for me. So, I don't use a mixer anymore, except for a hand mixer. But, making bread certainly has to use a standing mixer to make it easier.
I like this recipe, by waiting for it overnight and just leaving it in the refrigerator, you can get bread without having to knead it and that's very tiring. Especially if you really want to make a lot of bread.
I'll tell you the recipe:
- 380 gr high protein flour
- 6 gr instant yeast
- 250 ml warm milk (you can use fresh milk, coconut milk or almond milk)
- 55 ml vegetable oil (using canola or evo is also very good)
Well, all the ingredients are mixed well and stirred until they become a slightly runny unit. Wrap in a bowl and plastic. Leave in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
Of course, it's just a bread recipe and you can use anything as a filling. You can use chocolate or cheese, but I like the chicken floss filling. At least you can enjoy bread with the addition of delicious protein!
Don't ask how to make floss because I don't know myself. So, I just bought it, this is the most delicious floss because it has a little spicy taste. It doesn't matter, but it's really my favorite chicken floss with a little melted sweet sauce.
I'll tell you how to make floss sauce:
- 100 ml mayonnaise
- 100 ml sweetened condensed milk
The two ingredients are mixed until they become a good liquid unit. Without any additional water and without any additional ingredients, trust me, this is the best sauce for shredded bread.
I filled the sauce in the middle of the cut bread, then filled it with full shredded meat. Everyone should enjoy this bread with lots of shredded meat, because the main goal is to make everyone like the bread made.
An easy recipe for people who are lazy to knead and do not have a mixer. All the ingredients above can be used for 12 pieces of medium-sized bread. Let me know if you recook this one recipe, guys.
