Kanzler Nugget Recipe

Three days ago, during my first period, I felt a terrible pain and I realized that it was very disturbing. Sleeping all day and enjoying the pain made me have to try hard until I realized one thing that it couldn't just be enjoyed, I had to do something.

I got up from bed and went to the front of the house, ordered 2 kg of chicken fillet which I then transformed into something edible, high in protein and all the kids would love it. Intending to make frozen food because I thought it was something fun.

The type of frozen food that I like, chicken nuggets that are super soft inside, crispy on the outside. Actually this is one of the dupes of a fairly well-known nugget brand, Kanzler. Using bubble crumb on the final coating so it's different from the others, that's the type that people like.

Of course I made this Kanzler nugget because I needed a nugget that was full of protein from chicken breast, I was so sick of chicken breast that had to be chewed almost every day. The best way is to make it different so that it's easy to chew and eat.

As you can see, actually making nuggets is easy. But everyone is lazy to make it because they just buy it at the supermarket, it's easy. However, buying at the supermarket also takes quite a long time, especially considering the composition and price. It seems like I just made it at home with the condition where I also wanted to vent the pain of period day 1.

Ingredients:

  • 2 kg chicken (I used chicken breast fillet and chicken thigh)
  • Bubble crumb
  • Oyster sauce, pepper, salt, soy sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp tapioca
  • Oil for frying

How ​​To Cook:

  • After I got the fresh chicken fillet, then I cut it into a little smaller to make it easier to smooth it in the chopper. The best way to make the chopper's shelf life last longer.

  • After getting the right chicken mixture, I mixed it with various spices. But without garlic, I want the taste to be more acceptable to many people. Don't forget to add a little tapioca and eggs.

  • Use a spoon to take the dough so that all the sizes are even, then dip it into the bubble crumb and then fry it over low heat. To get half cooked and can be stored in the refrigerator as frozen food.

  • Fry some to eat and dip with Korean sauce. Simple but it tastes very delicious!
