That afternoon, I looked for something at a traditional market near my house. I'm looking for fruit and shellfish for us to cook today. Holding a mini party, without a celebration, not to celebrate anything, just want to do it. That afternoon, my husband took me to look for some of the best quality ingredients. In the afternoon it is difficult to get good quality ingredients, because it is customary for all fresh ingredients to be sold in the morning.
Luckily, I got all the ingredients in very good quality. Maybe because something happened, it was completely beyond my expectations. I was very happy when I came home with 1 pineapple and 3 kg of very fresh shellfish, still alive when I arrived home.
Seafood is really best eaten when it's fresh, especially for those in cities far from the sea, that's really good luck. After getting the shellfish, I immediately washed it. Mussels have a lot of sticky sand around the shell, it's quite difficult to clean it. I cleaned it several times with running water until it was really clean. Scrub using a brush to wash. I was really excited at that time.
Then, after I washed the clams and drained them from the water. I put it in a fairly large pot. Because there are 3 kg of shellfish that I have to boil very well. It's very difficult to use a small pan, because everyone in my house doesn't like raw shellfish. In fact, in my opinion, half-raw shellfish have the best texture.
Semi-raw shellfish have a chewy texture but are very easy to bite and swallow, unlike when they are cooked. You know the taste of sushi with a little salmon that is torched on fire for 5 seconds on top, right? It feels like that.
I boiled the clams using lemongrass and bay leaves. What are bay leaves called in your place? Bay leaves make the effects of cholesterol less pronounced. Seafood is high in cholesterol and is very good at counteracting it. I only used a little salt, so that the natural taste of the shellfish could be felt without any salt covering it.
After the shellfish had finished boiling until cooked, I fried the peanuts. Here peanuts and pineapple are used as a sauce that has a different taste. This is one of the most popular foods from our area, where is there anything like this in other areas. Pineapple, peanuts and boiled clams are the best.
You will definitely be curious, how are peanuts fried and what are they made into? The fried peanuts must be pureed, I use a blender so it can be served quickly. If you have to refine it with Thor, it takes a very long time. It feels the same, so use your tools very well.
After the nuts are mashed, the next step is to make pineapple juice. The most difficult part is peeling the pineapple, I really hate this because pineapple is very tricky to peel. After everything is peeled, put it straight into the blender without using water.
This is the final result of the dish I made. There is no special recipe or exact measurements, because this food is really very easy. Just making the sauce is a little difficult but not that difficult. Best eaten at dinner time! We had a great time with this meal tonight. do you want to? Come to my house now!

First of all I'm really envious you have such a cool market near your place I must travel for 30 minutes before I found a good market especially with seafood, but your recipe looks really good I love shellfish so much but I really rarely eat them and the sauce pineapple and nuts looks so yummy and good. Perfect with the shellfish 🦐🦐
