Tuna Bread With Mozzarella

Hello everyone!
What's your breakfast today? One of the things that can make my mood good all day is eating a delicious breakfast. Breakfast is a crucial thing for me, because it has become a necessity that my parents made from a young age. It will be a little complicated but really affect the mood of the day.

Breakfast this time, I made tuna bread with mozzarella. I have leftover buns at home, last night I made a simple burger. The rest was a lot, but the burger meat was gone. I have in stock 1 can of tuna, corn and mayonnaise. That's the beginning of why I made tuna bread for breakfast this time.

I really like tuna bread, at first I found out about tuna stuffed bread because I was shopping for bread at Indomaret, then the cashier offered a promo that buying 1 tuna bread will get 2 tuna breads, buy one get two. I've never eaten tuna bread, so I'm curious about the taste. I bought it and it ended up being one of my favorite breads that I can't miss.

I've often made simple tuna bread, besides I like it, the way to make it is very easy. Especially if you are busy and have to provide food for the family. To make it, you don't have to cook on a pan, just use the oven or microwave to burn the mozzarella to melt. The taste of mozzarella, tuna and mayonnaise will be very complicated. Sweet, sour and spicy in one.

Will it be full just eating tuna bread? It will be very full. Bread and corn are a source of carbohydrates for the body, tuna is a good source of protein, and tomatoes are a source of fiber. Very complex, right?

The ingredients needed are very easy to get, use whatever toppings you like, even tuna can be replaced with meat, but it's not tuna bread if you don't use tuna, right?



This is it, the recipe for tuna bread with mozzarella from wita kitchen;

Ingredients:

  • Bun Bread, can use any bread even wheat bread would be better.
  • 1 can of tuna (you can use fresh tuna meat, just clean and steam it first)
  • Corn
  • Finely chop Garlic
  • Tomatoes
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mozzarella
  • Oregano powder
  • Spicy sauce


How to make tuna bread with mozzarella:

  • Cut the bread as desired.

  • Peel the corn, puree the onion and cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Set aside.

  • Combine tuna and mayonnaise and sauce.

  • After that, mix the smooth ingredients with the tuna sauce. Spread on the bread that has been arranged on the grill tray.

  • Sprinkle mozzarella on top of tuna bread and give a little oregano powder.

  • Preheat the oven or microwave to medium heat, I use an oven with a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius. Add the tuna bread and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

  • Tuna bread with mozzarella is ready to be served!
