Hi, food lovers.....
I'll be talking about my indomie pepper soup specially made for cold weather and it is very easy to make and it's not time consuming and you also don't need too much of ingredients to make it
First of all I got my noodles popularly known as indomie here. I open just two of it and I put it in my pot, I don't know what else y'all call it. So after putting d noodles in my pot I add water to it, I always like my noodles and water to boil at the same time that's why I don't add warm/hot water to it. Then I dice my onions and add little groundnut oil and leave it to boil.
Now, to get the peppery taste, while it's boiling I add my pepper. In my place we have different types of pepper we have the in in powdered form and then we have the rodo, tomatoes 🍅 and others. So I can actually use the rodo(very peppery) after grating or the powdered pepper I'll still get the same effect so I add it to my boiling noodles and add the ingredients that came with the noodles itself and wait for it to boil all together.
Finally, my noodles is ready but I didn't wait for the water to get dry. The water but getting dry is the beauty of the indomie pepper soup cuz that's how the soup came in... without the water theirs no indomie pepper soup.
I hope y'all learnt something u can also try it at home. It's delicious
Simple & best, I just love indomie ❤
Awwwn, I love it also...
